The ThermaPros Network Thermostat product line is compatible with typical HVAC systems and offers all the features expected by home system integrators and commercial installers. Internet connectivity and the thermostat’s browser interface offer unprecedented ease of configuration, monitoring and management capabilities at a fraction of the cost of current programmable communicating thermostats.
Secure, Remote Monitoring and Management
ThermaPros NetworkThermostats feature standard Internet browser-based configuration and control over a secure Ethernet connection. Remote management and monitoring are available over secure and authorized broadband connections to the Internet. ThermaPros Network Thermostats can deliver e-mail status and alerts1 to any personal computer or mobile text messaging device. A service provider or monitoring service can monitor, diagnose and control HVAC systems from a remote central location. This allows the provider to offer unprecedented energy management and service to its customers, and creates new service revenue opportunities.
NT120
The NT120 Network Thermostat includes all the features and benefits of our basic NT100 model, by providing heating, cooling and advanced fan control for a single zone in standard HVAC systems, but also provides additional support for the interconnection of two remote thermal sensors. A variety of thermal sensors can be installed in adjoining indoor or outdoor areas and wired back to the NT120 for averaging with the local sensor within the NT120 thermostat.
TM220
In addition to the distinctive independent alarming features of both the TM220 and TM250 Network Thermostats, they share identical features except that the TM250 was designed to sense and control relative humidity in a single HVAC zone. Pre-defined relative humidity limits may trigger dehumidification by forcing on the A/C system or by triggering a relay to actuate an external dehumidifier. E-mail or text message alarm notifications may also be sent if relative humidity exceeds a pre-defined threshold or falls below a pre-set lower limit.
Typical Network Installation
The ThermaPros NT120 Network Thermostat is easily installed in a wired LAN environment by terminating conventional Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6 cable to the thermostat terminal block.
Remote Management
A facility manager can readily connect to any thermostat at any site by first authenticating at the ThermaPros website to ensure security.

The default status page is organized to clearly display the most important current status and settings of the NT120 thermostat.
